(A) In accordance with the agreement, each participating political subdivision may make appropriations for the payment into the Miami County Emergency Management Fund, promptly upon demand and invoice thereof, the amount assessed against it for services performed. Each municipality shall perform all obligations assumed.
(B) The agreement may be amended or altered at any time by a majority of the parties thereto.
