§ 76.22  FIRE LANES.
   (A)   Fire lanes on private property shall be designated where deemed necessary by the Fire Chief and posted accordingly.
   (B)   The designated fire lanes shall be maintained free of obstructions and vehicles.
   (C)   Whoever violates this section shall be fined in accordance with § 76.13.
