§ 73.141  POSTED SPEED LIMITS.
   Wherever appropriate signs are erected giving notice that the speed limits established in § 73.10  have been altered either lower or higher, in accordance with the provisions of the Revised Code, it shall be prima-facie unlawful for any person to exceed any such posted speed limits.
