§ 72.65  MECHANICAL EXHAUST BRAKING SYSTEMS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for the driver of any vehicle to use or operate or cause to be used or operated within the city any mechanical exhaust device or other method designed to aid in the braking or deceleration of any vehicle which results in the excessive, loud, unusual or explosive noise from such vehicle, or otherwise known as jake-braking.
   (B)   Signs shall be posted at all major points into the city indicating that all such mechanical exhaust braking systems and other methods are prohibited in the city.
   (C)   Whoever violates the provisions of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
