§ 72.49  SPEED LIMIT FOR TRAINS WITHIN THE CITY.
   (A)   For purposes of this section, RAILROAD COMPANY means a carrier of persons or property operating upon rails placed principally on a private right-of-way.
   (B)   No railroad company or person shall operate any railroad train, engine, railroad car, or component part on the railroad tracks located in the city in excess of 25 miles per hour.
   (C)   For violation of this section, the city, by civil action, may recover from the engineer, conductor, or company violating this section, not less than $5 nor more than $50 for each offense.
