(A) Right turns against a steady red signal are prohibited at the intersections of Main Street and Hyatt Street for north travel on Hyatt Street and east and west travel on Main Street, and Park Avenue and Hyatt Street during hours as designated by signage at that intersection in accordance with R.C. § 4511.13.
(B) The City Manager is authorized and directed to install the necessary signs prohibiting right turns at the intersections detailed in division (A) of this section.
