Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided herein, is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense and shall be fined not more than $100; on a second offense and each subsequent offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree, and shall be fined not more than $250 or imprisoned not more than 30 days, or both. Each day's violation shall constitute a separate offense.
