§ 55.21  GARBAGE COLLECTION RATES; BILL PAYMENT.
   (A)   Payment to the city shall be made by the householder no later than the established due date which appears on the Tipp City Municipal Utility Bill. If payment in full is not made in accordance with the due date, a 10% penalty will be added to any unpaid portion of the refuse fees charged.  Types or classes of service which arise after approval of the rate schedule and are not included in or comprehended at the time of schedule approval, shall be charged for in accordance with the discretion of the city until Council approves the rate for the type or class of service.
   (B)   Tipp City Municipal Utilities shall charge each householder, tenant, or owner the rate established by the contract multiplied by the number of separate residential units.  Thus a duplex residential-multi-family building would be charged 2 times the current rate.  A 6-unit residential-multi- family building would be charged 6 times the current rate.
