Any owner, agent, lessee, tenant or occupant who shall violate the provisions of § 52.07 shall upon conviction thereof be fined not less than $100 nor more than $1000 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed to have been committed each period of 24 hours when such violation shall continue after a period of 30 days following the original conviction.
