§ 35.80  DIVISION OF EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES.
   (A)   The Chief of Emergency Medical Services (EMS) shall formulate a set of rules and regulations and shall be responsible to the City Manager for the personnel, morale, and general efficiency of the Department.  The Division of Emergency Medical Services shall consist of employees classified as: volunteer part-time, paid part-time, and full time.
   (B)   The Division of Emergency Services shall be responsible for:
      (1)   Providing ambulance and rescue services in addition to any other programs beneficial to the well-being of those persons within the municipality and any other governmental unit for which the city has entered into an agreement.
      (2)   Performing other duties which may be assigned by the EMS Chief.
