§ 35.63 SUSPENSION, DEMOTION, OR DISCHARGE.

Any member of the Department may be suspended, demoted, or discharged from the Department by the Fire Chief and/or Chief of Emergency Services with the approval of the City Manager at any time with or without cause when the Fire Chief and/or Chief of Emergency Services deems such action necessary.
