§ 39.25  TREASURY INVESTMENT BOARD.
   The City Manager, the Director of Finance, and the Director of Law shall constitute the Treasury Investment Board. It is the duty of the Treasury Investment Board to monitor the investment of city funds. The Treasury Investment Board will meet at least annually to review the portfolio in terms of security, type, risk, and investment return. The Director of Finance shall be responsible for maintaining records of all investments and deposits and preparing reports that summarize recent market conditions, economic conditions, and economic developments and anticipated investments for the Treasury Investment Board's meeting.
