Authority to manage the city's investment program is derived from § 34.14 of the City's Code of Ordinances. The Director of Finance, as Chief Financial Officer of the city, shall be charged with the administration of this policy. The Director of Finance shall have the right to assign such duties and responsibilities as deemed appropriate in keeping with the efficient and prudent management of such policy.
