§ 39.07  VOLUNTEER FIREMEN'S DEPENDENTS' FUND
   Under the provisions of R.C. Chapter 146, a volunteer firemen's dependents' fund is established, which shall be administered by the Volunteer Firemen's Dependents' Board, to be constituted and to have such powers and duties as set forth in the Revised Code.
