§ 37.60  SEVERABILITY.
   This chapter supersedes and replaces all pertinent statutes, rules, and regulations over which it has the authority to supersede and replace.  Where this chapter is silent, the provisions of applicable law shall prevail.  If a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provisions of this chapter to be contrary to any statute, such provision shall be of no further force and effect, but the remainder of the document shall remain in full force and effect.
