§ 37.58 INTERPRETATION AND APPLICATION.

Questions regarding the interpretation and application of the policies contained in this chapter and/or Personnel Manual shall be directed to the City Manager who shall be responsible to interpret such matters. This chapter shall supersede any policy that conflicts with the sections of this chapter.
