It is the desire of the city to encourage employees to have a healthy and active life style. Subject to the appropriation of funds, the city may provide a pool pass or up to $200 towards a fitness/health club/gym membership for all full- time and permanent part-time employees covered by this chapter. The City Manager shall set forth the criteria needed to receive a reimbursement for the membership. In addition, the City Manager shall set the qualification criteria for part-time employees to receive access to the aquatic center.
