§ 37.55  MILITARY SERVICE.
   (A)   Employees that participate in the Reserves, National Guard, and/or are drafted into military service may be entitled to benefits under the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA) under Chapter 43, Part III, Title 38 of the United States Code, upon being dismissed from service or upon completion of his or her tour of duty.
   (B)   All full-time employees are entitled to military training leave up to 22, eight hour days in any calendar year (176 hours), exclusive of sick leave or vacation time. The employee shall receive his or her military pay and his or her regular pay for the training period on presentation to the Director of Finance satisfactory evidence of the military service performed and the military pay received therefor.
