Certain full-time employees shall be required to live within Miami County or an adjoining county in conformance with R.C. § 9.481(2)(b) or R.C. § 9.61. EMS and fire personnel may be required to reside within a specific distance from the fire and EMS stations as designated by the City Manager as allowed under R.C. § 9.481(2)(a).
