§ 157.019  APPEALS.
   In the event that the Planning Board does not approve the special use permit application, the applicant shall have the right to appeal to the Board of Zoning Appeals. Such appeal from a decision of the Planning Board shall be filed with the Community and Economic Development Department within 10 days of the Planning Board's decision.
