§ 157.011  NOTIFICATION OF TIPP CITY UTILITIES DEPARTMENT.
   (A)   Prior to the activation, connection, and/or utilization of any WECS the owner, operator, and/or applicant shall notify the Tipp City Utilities Department.
   (B)   Prior to the activation, connection, and/or utilization of any WECS the owner, operator, and/or applicant shall conform to any and all requirements of the Tipp City Utilities Department for utilization of a WECS.
