It is the intent of these regulations that all questions of interpretation related to the administration and enforcement of these regulations shall be first presented to the Zoning Administrator, and that such questions shall be presented to the BZA only on appeal from the decision of the Zoning Administrator. Such appeals shall be in accordance with § 155.03(F).
