§ 155.02(E)  CITY ENGINEER AND CITY UTILITIES DIRECTOR
   In addition to any other authority granted to the City Engineer or City Utilities Director by charter, ordinance, or state law, the City Engineer and City Utilities Director shall have the following powers and duties related to these regulations:
   (1)   Develop and recommend the Tipp City Subdivision Design and Construction Standards and other documents as may be approved by City Council related to subdivision improvement specifications;
   (2)   Review and make recommendations to the Zoning Administrator on minor subdivision applications;
   (3)   Review and make recommendations to the Planning Board and City Council on major subdivision applications;
   (4)   Participate in any pre-application conferences as may be encouraged or required by these regulations;
   (5)   Maintain permanent and current records of all public improvements and improvement drawings that are part of major subdivision applications; and
   (6)   Inspect, or cause to be inspected, all construction or installation work related to public improvements as required by these regulations.
