In addition to any other authority granted to the BZA by charter, ordinance, or state law, the BZA shall have the following powers and duties related to these regulations:
(1) Hear, review, and decide on appeals of any administrative decision where it is alleged there is an error in any administrative order, requirement, decision, or determination made by the Zoning Administrator, City Engineer, or Planning Board; and
(2) Perform any other duties related to the administration and enforcement of these regulations as authorized by the charter, these regulations, or the Ohio Revised Code.
