In addition to any other authority granted to the City Council by charter, ordinance, or state law, the City
Council shall have the following powers and duties related to these regulations:
(1) Appoint members to the Planning Board and the BZA in accordance with the charter and the zoning code;
(2) Review and accept, where appropriate, any proposed dedication of street, utilities, and other public improvements required by these regulations;
(3) Establish fees for development review and permits; and
(4) Perform any other duties related to the administration and enforcement of these regulations as authorized by the charter, these regulations, and the Ohio Revised Code.
