SECTION 155.02: SUBDIVISION DECISION-MAKING ROLES AND AUTHORITY

The following sections outline the roles and responsibilities of each of the decision making bodies as it relates to these regulations. The establishment and organization of each of the review bodies is established in the Tipp City Charter and the zoning code.
