§ 155.01(G)  COMPLIANCE
   No plat or plan of a subdivision of land located within the city shall be admitted to the records of Miami County or received by the Miami County Recorder until said plat has received final approval by the Planning Board, and areas to be dedicated have been accepted by City Council. Admission to the records shall not be construed as approval.
