The administration, enforcement, and amendment of these regulations should be consistent with the Tipp City Comprehensive Plan and the Tipp City Thoroughfare Plan, as amended and herein referred to as the "comprehensive plan," or "thoroughfare plan," respectively. Amendments to these regulations should maintain and enhance the consistency between these regulations, the comprehensive plan, and the thoroughfare plan.
