§ 154.02(D)  RESTORATION AND ARCHITECTURAL BOARD OF REVIEW
   (1)   Establishment
   The Tipp City Restoration and Architectural Board of Review (hereafter referred to as the "Restoration Board") is hereby established by City Council pursuant to the Charter of the City of Tipp City, Ohio.
   (2)   Composition of the Restoration Board
   The membership of the Restoration Board shall be in accordance with § 36.040 through § 36.048 of the Tipp City Code of Ordinances.
   (3)   Roles and Powers of the Restoration Board
   The Restoration Board shall have the following roles and powers to:
      (a)   Review and implement the Old Tippecanoe City Restoration and Architectural (RA) District Design Manual;
      (b)   Hear, review, and make decisions on certain COAs as specified in § 154.03(E)(2);
      (c)   Review and make decisions on certain alternative equivalent compliance applications as specified in § 154.03(G);
      (d)   Act as an advisor to City Council and the Planning Board on issues related to the RA district or historic preservation in general; and
      (e)   Perform any other duties related to the administration and enforcement of this code as authorized by the charter and this code.
   (4)   Organization, Meetings, and Quorum
   The establishment of officers, rules for meetings, and quorum requirements are established in § 36.040 through § 36.048 of the Tipp City Code of Ordinances.
