§ 152.01  ADOPTION OF STATE PLAN.
   (A)   The city officially adopts the state model Non-Uniform Act Relocation Plan as its guideline for the processing of any and all acquisition and relocation projects undertaken by the city which utilize Community Development Block Grant funds.
   (B)   The Non-Uniform Act Relocation Plan is set out in §§ 152.02 through 152.04 of this chapter.
   (C)   The plan shall remain on file in the office of the City Manager.
