Any applicant to whom a certificate of registration has been denied by the Planning Director or his or her designee may appeal such decision within 10 days of the formal notification of denial, to the Planning Board, whose decision shall be final. Notice of appeal must be filed with the City Manager. The appellant shall be advised of the date and time of the hearing of the appeal.
