(A) Any person or entity desiring to do or cause to be done any work for which a permit is required by the City of Tipp City, shall at the time the permit is issued therefore pay a fee in the amount fixed by City Council.
(B) The schedule of fees (Appendix of chapter 154) shall be posted in the Economic Development Department, and may be altered or amended only by City Council.
(C) All plumbing permit fees and property maintenance fees shall be collected by the Miami County Health District Department in accordance with the fee schedules established by the County of Miami, Ohio.
