The standards and templates for all utility and infrastructure work as set out in Exhibit 1 to Ord. 2022-O-071 is hereby adopted by reference and are incorporated into this chapter as fully as if they had been set out at length in this chapter. Copies of these standards and templates are available for public inspection in the office of the Village Clerk during normal business hours.
