§ 129J.02 LICENSES REQUIRED: LICENSE TERM: EXEMPTIONS.

(A) It shall be unlawful to operate a short-term/vacation rental, offer for rent, or advertise for rent a short-term/vacation rental within the Village of Tinley Park without a current, valid license issued pursuant to the terms of this chapter.

(B) Each license issued shall be valid for one year, and subject to renewal.
