The buffers required by this chapter shall be located along the entire perimeter of a lot or parcel, except at approved entrances or exits to the property or in required sight triangles. Bufferyards shall extend to the lot line, parcel boundary line or right of way line, except where easements, covenants or natural features may require the bufferyard to be set back from the property line.
