(A) The Director of Community Development and the Director of Economic Development shall advise the Historic Preservation Commission of all applications for zoning amendments, variances, special use permits, or planned unit development ordinances in any historic district.
(B) The Historic Preservation Commission may, at its discretion, present evidence at a public hearing on the application, whether in support or in opposition, or may recommend modifications.
