§ 157.02 STATE ENABLING LEGISLATION.
   The legal sources of authority enabling the village to enact this Historic Preservation Chapter are as follows:
   (A)   The Illinois Historic Areas Preservation Act (ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5 § 11-48.2-2).
   (B)   The Illinois Zoning Enabling Act (ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5 § 11-13-1 et seq.).
   (C)   The Home Rule Section of the Illinois Constitution (Article 7, Section 6).
