Each applicant for a building permit for the construction of a new residential building (either single-family or multiple-family) shall, prior to the issuance of such building permit, the impact fee amounts shall be paid to the village or appropriate entity as adopted by the Village Board and listed in the Comprehensive Fee Schedule (Tinley Park Code of Ordinances, Table of Special Ordinances, Table XI).
