§ 150.03 INSPECTION FEES.

The fee for the semi-annual inspection of an elevator or escalator or other equipment and reinspection fees shall be as adopted by the Village Board and listed in the Comprehensive Fee Schedule (Tinley Park Code of Ordinances, Table of Special Ordinances, Table XI), which fee shall be the joint and several obligation of the owner, agent, lessee, and occupant of any building wherein the equipment is installed.
