(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which another penalty is not specifically provided, shall be fined not more than $500 for each and every violation thereof, and every day the violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
(B) Any person violating the provisions of § 133.25 shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $500 for each offense.

(C) Any person, firm, or corporation found guilty of violating any of the provisions of § 133.39 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $500 or by imprisonment for not less than 30 days nor more than 180 days or by both fine and imprisonment and any weapon seized shall be confiscated by the trial court.
