When October 31 falls on a Monday through Friday, "Trick or Treat" time in the village shall occur from 3:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. When October 31 falls on a Saturday or Sunday, "Trick or Treat" time in the village shall occur from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Curfew hours for Halloween are as set forth in § 133.50(A)(3).
