§ 132.20 BUSINESS LICENSE MAY BE REVOKED.
   Every person holding a license issued by the village to conduct a legitimate business shall have the same revoked by the President, after a hearing held by him or her, if such licensee is convicted of violating any provision of this subchapter. The licensee shall have an opportunity to be heard at such hearing, to be held not less than five days after notice of the time and place of the hearing, addressed to him or her at his or her last known place of business, has been mailed. Pending notice, hearing, and finding, his or her village license shall be suspended.
