Each day a violation continues to exist or a person allows to be issued to him or her any valid receipt, stamp, or other evidence showing payment of the special tax for the maintenance or use of a slot machine in the village, or each day he or she allows himself or herself to be registered for the purpose of accepting wagers or conducting a wagering pool or lottery in the village, shall be deemed a separate offense.
