It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation, or its agents or servants, other than druggists operating a bona fide drugstore equipped with prescription departments who are engaged in the business of compounding prescriptions, and who are complying with the pharmacy laws of the state, to sell, display, or expose for sale any contraceptive device or devices.
