§ 131.99 PENALTY.
   (A)    Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which another penalty is not specifically provided, shall be fined not more than $500 for each and every violation thereof, and every day the violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
   (B)    Every person found guilty of an offense as defined in § 131.17 shall be subject to a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $500.
   (C)    Any parent found guilty of a violation of § 131.19 shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $500 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day on which a violation occurs.
   (D)    Any person violating the provisions of § 131.04 shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $2,500 for each offense.

   (E)    Any person convicted of a violation of § 131.25 shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $750. In addition, in lieu of a fine, any person convicted of a violation of § 131.25 may be required by the Court to perform public/community service work.
   (F)   Penalties for placement of graffiti.
      (1)   Any person found guilty of a violation of § 131.20 shall be punished by a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $750 for each offense and each day such violation shall continue shall be considered a separate offense and fines shall be assessed accordingly.
      (2)   Restitution. In addition to every other remedy provided by law for any violation of § 131.20, any person found guilty of a violation of § 131.20(C) shall pay to the owner or other person having control of any property or place within the village on which the graffiti was placed by the offender all costs incurred by such owner or other person to restore such property or place to the condition it was in immediately prior to the placement of such graffiti.
      (3)   In addition to or in lieu of fines or penalties as described in this division (A), persons convicted of violations of § 131.20 may be required by the court or administrative hearing officer to perform community service work, including, but not limited to, cleaning graffiti locations within the village.
