§ 129I.10 COMPLIANCE WITH CODES NECESSARY.

No license to conduct a massage establishment shall be issued unless an inspection by the Village of Tinley Park reveals that the establishment complies with all of the Village of Tinley Park’s Building, Plumbing and Electrical Codes, the Tinley Park Zoning Ordinance, and any and all other applicable laws, codes and regulations.
