§ 129I.05 APPROVAL OR DENIAL OF APPLICATION.
   The Village of Tinley Park shall act to approve or deny an application for a license under this Chapter within a reasonable period of time. Every license issued pursuant to this chapter will terminate at the end of the calendar year unless sooner suspended or revoked.
