§ 129H.99 PENALTIES.
   In addition to any other remedies provided herein, any person or entity who shall be guilty of a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of not less than $50 and not more than $750. A separate offense shall be deemed committed for every day a violation continues.
