The Village Clerk may refuse revoke a permit or refuse to issue or renew a permit issued under the terms of this chapter upon finding that any of the following, which shall constitute violations of this chapter, exist:
(A) Fraud, misrepresentation, or any false statement contained in the application for a permit.
(B) Violation of any term or condition of the permit granted to the permittee.
(C) Violation of any term, condition or provision of this chapter or any other chapter of this Code.
