For the purposes of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
“COMMUTER TRAIN STATIONS.” The Village Metra commuter rail stations located at 80th Avenue and Oak Park Avenue, and shall include but not be limited to any and all sidewalks, walkways, parking areas, bus and cab stations, commuter platforms and waiting areas within the commuter train station areas.
“NEWSPAPER DISPENSING DEVICE.” A container, constructed of metal or other material of substantially equivalent strength and durability, which is used for the dispensing of newspapers, flyers, handbills or other similar printed materials either at a cost or free of charge.
